Returns
We hope that you will be very pleased with your purchases from mytrampolines.co.uk. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. To return a product please read the following carefully. This Returns policy is also subject where applicable to our terms and conditions of sale as appears on our website. Please read those before proceeding with your purchase. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency with this Returns policy, our terms and conditions of sale take precedence.
In addition to your statutory rights, if you wish to return goods outside of the 7 day cancellation period, we operate a 28 day faulty returns policy.
Any goods which are defective at the point of delivery and notified to us within 28 days will be replaced as will goods that are not apparently defective at delivery but which develop a fault during the 28 day period provided that they have been used properly in accordance with instructions for the purpose intended for those goods.
Refunds will be to the value of the goods only and will not include any carriage costs paid to us which is your responsibility.
Please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged. We cannot be held responsible for any goods that have been damaged in transit.
We would recommend using a posting method that provides a proof of delivery and can compensate for lost or damaged goods for higher value items (please consult your chosen courier prior to shipping for details).
We do not operate a try before you buy policy.
Goods found to be tampered with or attempted to be repaired by the customer or by someone on their behalf will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense.
If you wish to return goods which are not faulty, we will accept the return providing the goods are in a good clean condition, in the original packaging and having not been used. These goods can be exchanged for other products, subject to the difference in costs being incurred. Items returned for a refund, when the goods are not faulty will be charged a handling fee of 15%.
Software disks, games, UMD disks, films and creams cannot be returned if the security seal has been broken.
In certain circumstances, faults will need to be diagnosed by the manufacturers of the item before a replacement can be issued (i.e. memory card reading faults, handset not powering up etc.).
Replacement or alternative items will be processed as promptly as possible, but please be aware that it may take up to 5 working days to issue the item. If an item is out of stock, it will then become a priority back order to be shipped once stock is available.
Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the original transaction. Please be aware that it may take up to 14 days for your card to be refunded. The above conditions are in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.
Refunds to UK customers for cheque payments, bank transfers and bank deposits are made via return cheque.
Delivery
All orders received by 2.30pm GMT (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day, subject to our terms. At checkout you may choose from one of the following options:
Next Working Day Courier – £20.00 per order
Any item over 10 kilos will be sent via next working day courier service (Monday - Friday) to ensure fast and safe shipping. This service includes all Trampolines and Bouncy castles.
Next Working Day Courier – £7.95 per order
Any item below 10 kilos will be sent via next working day courier service (Monday - Friday) to ensure fast and safe shipping.
Royal Mail First Class Delivery (UK) - £2.50 per order
Safe & secure shipping. Usually next working day. Please allow up to 7 working days.
Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery (UK) - £4.45 per order
Safe & secure shipping. Usually next working day. Please allow up to 5 working days.
Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) - £5.95 per order
Guaranteed next working day by 1PM for orders received before 4pm. *(Except Scottish Highlands)
Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery (UK) - £7.95 per order
Guaranteed Saturday delivery for "In stock" items ordered on Thursday evenings & Fridays until 2PM.
NB:
Please note that dispatch is subject to stock availability and any other factors beyond our control. Unfortunately no dispatch is available at weekends or public holidays. Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail unless otherwise specified. Items that have not been released will be dispatched on their listed due date.
